We stand by everything we make. If it’s not right, we will fix or replace it. At Hudson Sutler, we are relentlessly focused on delivering the highest quality products with best-in-class customer service.
It takes our team of artisans over 10 sets of hands 200 steps to cut, sew and deliver a single bag by hand. With this type of quality control it's very infrequent that something doesn't live up to our standards. In the rare cases where it doesn't, we'll make it right – and that's our promise.
